812 Oak Street consists of 8,500 square feet of ground floor office space, with undesignated street parking. The project replaced an existing gas station, car wash and coffee house. The project provides an excellent transition between the single family housing areas and the downtown commercial area of Winnetka. 812 Oak Street was designed to fit into the existing architectural context and scale of downtown Winnetka.
