The Avenue Garage
Oak Park's aggressive redevelopment in it's Avenue District created a demand for parking spaces. Focus Development satisfied that demand with a 6-story, 200-car brick facade concrete parking structure. The completion of the garage paved the way for our residential projects to the west that now make use of it on a regular basis. The garage is also nicely linked to nearby shops with a brick-paved alley and ornamental street lighting.
