Madison Commons is a joint venture of Focus Development and the Taxman Corporation. The retail space has a strong street presence consistent with the Madison Street retail/restaurant corridor. The retail has convenient dedicated covered parking for 37 cars and easy access to an additional 57 public parking spaces either on the surrounding streets or off the adjacent public alley.
