Focus Development became involved with this luxury condominium project in February, 1999. 2000 Green Bay Road is a two building, 61-unit condominium project located at the northern edge of downtown Highland Park. Focus Development, Inc. purchased ownership in the project after the land had been assembled, the architectural plans prepared and approximately 6 units were sold. The two buildings are located on top of a shared underground, heated parking garage. The top of the garage between the buildings is covered with a lushly landscaped green roof with private terraces.
