Church Street Station is a 17 story, 105-unit condominium development with 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Located in the heart of downtown Evanston, the project includes an indoor swimming pool with outdoor sun deck, fitness center and parking. The building includes an extensive green roof system which is an environmentally friendly response to the heat generating hard surfaces normally seen in urban settings. Construction began in May 2001, and first closings occurred in September, 2002.
