The Terraces
The second phase of a three phase project, The Terraces is a 34-unit townhome project located in the historic "Avenue" district of Oak Park. The townhomes feature brick and stone exteriors, with winding pathways through lushly landscaped European-style gardens.
Other features include private roof terraces, balconies or patios and decorative ornamental fencing. Construction was completed in January, 2004.
