Focus Realty Services has been leasing both residential and commercial properties since 2003, with experience in communities such as Winnetka, Oak Park, Forest Park, and Evanston.
We can develop a full service leasing program which would cover leasing office design, staffing, signage, renewals, reporting, and maintenance or you can choose only the services needed.
Each leasing office is staffed by our trained leasing professionals and can be open for showings as many as 7 days a week. The leasing staff will manage all the tenants from checking credit scores to managing moves and maintenance requests. Each leasing office can be designed through our in-house staff and customized with graphic display boards and coordinating brochure materials.
Serving as the centerpiece of our leasing environment, our furnished model apartments are thoughtfully designed and decorated to appeal to the target market of each community.
